I've worn this helmet once, and it has already been worth the price. I broke my nose a few weeks ago, and last night at scrimmage I came out of a jam with a big smeared handprint on the visor from where a girl would have hit me right in in the face. My only complaints are that I wish the visor were a little longer. I have a small head, and I still have to tilt the helmet forward quite a bit to make sure my nose is fully covered. It is also a bit tough to get the helmet covers on. It has a rubber strip for grip on the front, but you have to get it on just right starting from the back. It's fine if you're jamming, but as a pivot it's pretty tough to get the second cover on top (especially while actively skating). Other than those little things, I love it!
