Sizing:
If your head is 20.5" or smaller get an S1 Mini Lifer Helmet
You can use the colored sizing liners to make it tighter or looser.

If your head is 21" - 23.5" get an S1 Lifer Helmet. You can use the colored sizing liners to make it fit tighter or looser. For example: I have a 23" head and I wear an S1 Lifer Helmet with Bright Green Liners (XL).
